Gustavo Nogueira has solid experience in corporate investigations, due diligence, and compliance, with cross-functional experience in the public and private sectors. In addition, he has skills in investigating irregularities, complex investigations, training, risk and third-party management, and the evaluation and implementation of integrity programs.
He has held leadership positions in law firms, big four consulting firms, and industry. He has a broad and systemic view of governance and compliance structures, with a technical, pragmatic approach focused on risk prevention and the generation and preservation of value in organizations.
He has received awards and recognition for his work throughout his professional career and currently heads the DJA unit in Recife.
